This new course on exhibition development introduces a new chapter in AMaGA WA’s professional development programme. The five-week course guides participants through the stages of preparing an exhibition for a museum or gallery. Each participant work on their own unique exhibition, with coursework in between the virtual workshops assisting its development. Each stage will build upon the outcomes of the previous session.

The virtual workshops provide an opportunity to learn from your peers, network and discover new industry methods and skills. This course provides a practical method to learn, discuss and understand industry skills and professional standards. Thanks to the generosity of WA Museum, this program has been heavily subsidised making it accessible to the broadest audience.

  • General – $300
  • Concession (incl. volunteers, students) – $200

Registration includes all 5 workshop sessions and copies of all digital resources. The virtual workshops will be held from 9am – 11am on 22 Sept, 29 Sept, 6 Oct, 13 Oct, and 20 Oct.
