Council of Australian University Museums and Collections

CAUMAC aims to link all those working for, or interested in, Australia’s 200-plus university museums and collections. It aims to publish two news updates on this site a minimum of twice a year; conduct an annual national meeting (usually as part of AMaGA's annual conference); encourage university management to be responsible custodians of their portion of the Distributed National Collection; inform the promotion, care and utility of this sector in general; and focus on ways these museums interface with the wider museum community.
