COVID: Impact on volunteers and volunteer-run organisations

The lockdowns and restrictions implemented during the pandemic have been particularly challenging for volunteers and volunteer-run museums and galleries. As lockdowns extended many museums and galleries found it difficult to remain connected with their volunteers, particularly those with limited income and resources, and some have reported a decline in momentum and capacity. In this webinar we talk with two small volunteer-run organisations from Victoria about the challenges they faced and share ideas for rebuilding connection and enthusiasm in 2022.
