The National Gallery is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual with ticketing and customer service experience to join the Visitor Experience department.

The Ticketing Coordinator is responsible for ticket builds in the Tessitura system for National Gallery exhibitions, programs and events and providing support to users of the system across the organisation.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated knowledge and experience using ticketing systems and databases, ideally in an arts or cultural setting. You will be skilled in organisational and time-management, with an ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work autonomously as well as part of a team.
