With a high customer service focus, the Rights and Permissions Assistant role is responsible for administering and processing external image requests and providing administrative support to the Rights and Permissions Coordinator across a range of projects. The role will suit a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The ability to manage many competing priorities, show initiative and liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders is essential.
This position plays a vital role in the copyright and permissions for the national collection, exhibitions, publishing, and other projects. Therefore, knowledge of copyright legislation and experience or qualifications in art history, business or administration are relevant.
This role is a part of the diverse Creative Studio team who operate within a dynamic and fast-paced environment with responsibility for publishing, graphic design, exhibition design and the workshop.
This is a full-time, ongoing employment opportunity available within the Creative Studio Department, Marketing and Engagement Portfolio.
