The position
The Kenneth E Tyler Curatorial Assistant, Kenneth E Tyler Collection, Digitisation Project provides administrative and curatorial support to the Kenneth E Tyler Collection, part of the International Prints, Drawings and Illustrated Books department, assisting in and contributing to the digitisation and cataloguing of the archive of ephemeral and audio-visual material. The role involves the completion of a finding aid for the Kenneth E Tyler Collection’s archive as well as some digitisation of the archives photographic and ephemeral records.

This is an entry-level position covering a broad range of operational functions and activities that support access to and the digitisation of the Kenneth E Tyler Collection. The position requires the capacity to meet agreed operational and strategic targets, to establish and maintain strong and meaningful, internal and external relationships, including with the public.

This is a full-time, non-ongoing employment opportunity available for 12 months within the Curatorial Department, Artistic Programs Portfolio.
