ACMI is the museum of screen culture. Navigate the universe of film, TV, videogames and art with us. ACMI celebrates the wonder and power of the world's most democratic artform – fostering the next generation of makers, players and watchers. ACMI's vibrant calendar of exhibitions, screenings, commissions, festivals, and industry and education programs explore the stories, technologies and artists that create our shared screen culture.

We are looking for a number of talented, energetic and passionate Public Programs & Education facilitators to join a team committed to lifelong learning and educational experience for all age ranges in all spaces at ACMI.

As a member of our Public Programs & Education team you will apply your experience in education and facilitation of public events and passion for digital and film culture to play an integral role in the co-ordination and delivery of ACMI's Public Programs.

We are looking for talented facilitators who are:

  • Confident in engaging with a diverse range of people
  • Comfortable presenting to groups
  • Calm and effective in an environment of high visitor volumes
  • Blessed with exceptional interpersonal skills and
  • Passionate about bringing film, digital media and the arts

This Grade 3 role has an hourly rate of $43.43 including casual loading plus super.
