Firstdraft is looking for a passionate arts facilitator and marketer to join the team as Communications and Engagement Coordinator. The Communications and Engagement Coordinator works closely with the General Manager, Gallery Coordinator and Board of Directors to promote Firstdraft’s core programs. A key component of this role is managing the organisations’ digital channels and providing support to the artists, writers and curators working with Firstdraft. The Communications and Engagement Coordinator performs administrative, educational, communication and design tasks that interface with internal and external stakeholders to actively support the organisation in its aims. In this role the Communications Engagement Coordinator will work alongside the board to lead the development of Firstdraft’s communication and engagement strategies. Full-time ongoing position (37.5 hours per week)
Some evenings and weekend work is required
Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum plus superannuation (The Superannuation Guarantee rate is 9.5%)
