We are looking for a dynamic, results focused, experienced Head of Gallery Operations to provide high level support for the Art Gallery Board and the Director. The position also coordinates front of house staff, casuals and volunteers. This is a 12 month maternity leave position.

Key Selection Criteria
• Qualification in a related field with appropriate industry experience.
• Demonstrated financial management experience
• Demonstrated computer skills, including the use of databases and the MS Office suite.
• Demonstrated experience working in a customer service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritising competing demands to achieve work targets.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OH&S policies and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and gain co-operation and assistance from other employees and volunteers.
• Knowledge and understanding of health and safety issues relevant to work activities and work area.
