Based at the Migration Museum on Kintore Avenue, the Curator is part of the team responsible for the maintenance and continued development of History Trust of SA public programs, including long-term and changing exhibitions at the Migration Museum the management of the State History Collection to ensure its preservation and documentation. This position will be responsible for contributing to the development and documentation of the State History Collection and the Migration Museum collection.
Some out of hours work may be required. Occasional weekend work may be required. The successful applicant is required to gain a Department of Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. A current DHS child-related employment screening will be recognised as a WWCC until it expires. Intrastate and interstate travel may be required and a current driver’s licence is desirable.

$64,519 - $78,761 - increment relating to experience
