This position is responsible for the day to day management of the Albury LibraryMuseum including, leading and developing customer service across the LibraryMuseum and the promotion of excellence and innovation.
•Oversee the provision and development of Customer Service at the Albury LibraryMuseum.
•Manage the Customer Service & Operations Team monitoring performance and development, motivating staff, developing teamwork, maintain team harmony and ensure the delivery of outcomes delivering excepted levels and standards.
•Ensure the provision and planning of customer service operations at the Albury LibraryMuseum, including the management of systems, rosters, processes and records.
•Management of LibraryMuseum building and operations, including supervising relevant contractors, managing the LibraryMuseum shop, delivery of service, banking, the library overdue process and room bookings.
•Facilitate staff training and development in all areas of customer service and operations.
•Coordinate the development of commercial operations including merchandising and retail operations, room bookings and event hire.
•Provide frontline customer and information services.
•Coordinate Library and Museum support groups, including the Volunteers program and Friends group.
