MAGNA 2021 Winners
The 2021 MAGNAs were presented as part of the AMaGA National Conference in Canberra on 9 June 2021. The event was hosted by ABC Journalist, Dan Conifer, and celebrated the inspiring projects undertaken over the past 12 months.
The overall National Winner of the 2021 MAGNAs was Newcastle Museum for their delightful temporary or travelling exhibition 1x4.
The judges comments on 1x4: This innovative and cost effective project would be a great template for regional museums and galleries. It is innovative in how it responds to a Covid world as well as telling stories in different and challenging ways. And, Small and perfectly formed from start to finish.
