About MLP
Presented in association with the Gordon Darling Foundation, the Museum Leadership Program is an intensive, residential program for high-level museum and gallery professionals. An outstanding international faculty provides participants with the multiple tools now required in leadership roles. The program runs every three years in Sydney.

Testimonials
"Across a week of intense thinking, learning and immersion, the Museum Leadership Program provided a multitude of insights large and small. I dug the well and definitely struck water and, as hoped, reignited the passion for museums as the place to be."

Who Should Apply
The Museum Leadership Program targets high-level museum and gallery professionals. You are ambitious, have led teams or smaller organizations, and are ready to step up. As class activities are frequently based on applying new tools and techniques to personal experience, you should have several years of challenging work experience in museums or galleries and be in a position to influence change.
Places on the Museum Leadership Program are limited and selection is competitive.
Some state-based bursaries will be offered. Contact your state branch for information.
